Surah Al-Ikhlas
سُوْرَةُ الْإِخْلَاص
Equal to one third of the Qur’an (Bukhari 5013). Recited with Al-Falaq and An-Nas morning, evening and before sleeping (Bukhari 5017).
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ﴿١﴾
Qul huwal laahu ahad
تم فرماؤ وہ اللہ ہے وہ ایک ہے
Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “He is Allah, He is One.”
112:1ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ ﴿٢﴾
Allah hus-samad
اللہ بے نیاز ہے
“Allah is the Un-wanting.” (Perfect, does not require anything.)
112:2لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ ﴿٣﴾
Lam yalid wa lam yoolad
نہ اس کی کوئی اولاد اور نہ وہ کسی سے پیدا ہوا
“He has no offspring, nor is He born from anything.”
112:3وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌۢ ﴿٤﴾
Wa lam yakul-lahu kufuwan ahad
اور نہ اس کے جوڑ کا کوئی
“And there is none equal to Him.”
112:4
