یہ حدیث رمضان کا چاند دیکھ کر روزہ رکھنے کی اہمیت کو ذکر کرتی ہے اور گر آسمان پر بدل آئے تو شعبان کو تینتالہ کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔
جب رمضان کا چاند نکلتا ہے تو آسمان کے دروازے کھول دیے جاتے ہیں اور دوزخ کے دروازے بند ہوجاتے ہیں اور شیاطین بند ہوجاتے ہیں۔
یہ حدیث رمضان کے ماہ کی خصوصیت پر زور دالتی ہے، جہاں اللہ کی برکات اور رحمت زیادہ ہوتی ہے اور برائے خیرات کا اثر رکھا جاتا ہے۔
جنت میں ایک دروازہ ہے جس کا نام الریان ہے اور روزے دار اس سے ہی داخل ہوں گے قیامت کے دن اور اس سے ہی داخل ہوں گے، اور اس پر ہر کسی کا اثر نہیں ہوگا۔ کہا جائے گا: ‘جو لوگ روزے رکھتے تھے، وہاں ہوں۔’ یہ ختم ہوگا اور اس کے بعد اس پر کسی کا اثر نہیں ہوگا۔

Frequently asked questions
How are prayer times calculated on Ramzan Special?
We calculate the position of the sun for your exact coordinates using the PrayTimes.org astronomical method. In India, Pakistan and Bangladesh we use the University of Islamic Sciences, Karachi method (Fajr and Isha at 18°) with Hanafi Asr; other countries use their customary authority. Times are recalculated every day.
Why does Sahri end a few minutes before Fajr?
As a precaution Ramzan Special shows Sahri ending 3 minutes before the calculated start of Fajr, and Iftar 3 minutes after sunset, to allow for small differences between calculation and observation.
When will Ramadan 2027 start?
According to the Umm al-Qura calendar, the first fast of Ramadan 1448 AH is expected on Monday, 8 February 2027. In India and Pakistan Ramadan often begins a day later, depending on the sighting of the crescent moon.
Is the Hijri date the same everywhere?
No. The Islamic calendar follows the moon, and many countries begin each month by local moon sighting, so the Hijri date in South Asia is often one day behind Saudi Arabia. Our dates follow the Umm al-Qura calendar with a local adjustment.
